Customers looking for better value may want to consider our prepaid hour packages. These are available in 20, 40 and 50 hour packs. Whether it’s onsite, remote, or workshop support – you won’t be invoiced separately for each service. The details will be recorded in a log, and you will be sent a copy of the log when the prepaid hours have almost expired and the next invoice becomes due.
