  • Onsite Support – A qualified Cortech Systems technician(s) will attend to your office to resolve your ICT issues.
  • Remote Support – A Cortech Systems helpdesk technician can give you phone support and/or connect to your computer remotely to resolve or give you the best advice moving forward.
  • Service Level Agreements – Cortech Systems supplies service level agreement tailored to any size business.
  • Workshop Support – You can bring your computer, laptop or tablet to our office, where one of our friendly technicians will resolve your issues in our workshop. Workshop jobs are serviced in the order they are received.  Please note that customers expecting immediate service will be charged at the Onsite Support rates due to the immediate requirement of a dedicated technician.
  • After Hours Support – After hours support is subject to the level of emergency. Please note after hours support is only available for businesses and the service level agreement. After hours rates apply outside of the standard office hours of 8am-5pm Mon-Fri.

Customers looking for better value may want to consider our prepaid hour packages. These are available in 20, 40 and 50 hour packs.  Whether it’s onsite, remote, or workshop support – you won’t be invoiced separately for each service.  The details will be recorded in a log, and you will be sent a copy of the log when the prepaid hours have almost expired and the next invoice becomes due.  Note that prepaid hours packages do not apply for after hours support.  For more information about this or any of our other services please contact the Cortech Systems office here.
